Bungie signs 10 year "publishing agreement" with Activision

Bungie announced today that they have signed a 10 year exclusive publishing partnership with Activision.  

What a kick in the balls.

Bungie is the developer behind the HALO franchise.  I buy and play HALO games and find them to be lots and lots of fun.  

Activision is the publisher of the monster Call of Duty franchise and World of Warcraft.  Also, in the eyes of gamers, the most evil company in existence.  Their CEO, Bobby Kotick, has been quoted saying his business goals with Activision was to "take all the fun out of making video games" and promotes an atmosphere of "skepticism, pessimism, and fear" in the company he runs.  Activision also is accused of withholding royalty payments to Infinity Ward for their work on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.  You know, the game with over 1 billion dollars in worldwide sales.

So I win this nice looking NXT on eBay. I was watching it yesterday when it didn't sell for $400 and he listed it again for a 1 day auction starting at $375.

Not bad for $375. I could resell the tank for $50 and the full freak for $100.

So I paypal the guy right away and a couple hours later, he refunds my money with the following message: "i dont take a hold on funds."

Fuck you dude. I didn't put a fucking hold on your shit, paypal did. I think you just don't want to sell to me because you didn't get the amount you wanted. Guess who's getting negative feedback.
